Yes, you read that correctly.  The 1990s Alternative British rock band, Adorable, have announced that they will reform, perform, and promptly split up again to commemorate the 25 year anniversary of their final show (which was held in Brussels, Belguim).

All four original members – Piotr Fijalkowski (Pete Fij), Robert Dillam, Stephen ‘Wil’ Williams, and Kevin Gritton – will be performing October 30th and 31st at the Trades Club in Hebden Bridge and November 1st and 2nd at Bush Hall, London.

The band released two incredible albums on the Creation Records label – 1993’s Against Perfection and 1994’s Fake. Adorable is described as a “band out-of-step and out-of-time featuring a more song-based approach and Jesus & Mary Chain-esque attitude than their earlier shoegazing counterparts, but with more guitar atmospherics than the straight ahead song structures of the Britpop scene that was to explode less than a year after the band called it a day”.

Originally, the band had planned only two shows but due to overwhelming demand, they added an additional night at each venue.

We are delighted to report that DISARM will be at both Hebden Bridge shows to cover this momentous occasion.
